Pick-up time starts 10:30 am from most of hotels in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. Pick up time depends on location or zone

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Bring bathing suit, change of clothe, hat, sunglasses, towel and biodegradable sunscreen and cash for personal expenses.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Easy to get to by taxi, snorkeling was great and no big waves. Water shoes recommended. No need to book a tour, just take your snorkeling gear and hop in a cab!

Fun experience, even if you’re not a swimmer. Could have bee a little shorter in duration (maybe by an hour) but worth the price.

Truthfully was not expecting much as it was a 6 hour excursion and other than an hour of snorkelling and lunch, I was honestly not sure how the time would go. Kids tell me snorkelling was OK but definitely not like Akumel. Lunch was just OK but the pina coladas and drinks we had to pay extra for were great.
