This is a wonderful tour, organized by husband and wife team Carlos and Elsa. Touring the market and picking up fresh produce with Carlos was fascinating, but the best part was when he dropped us off at their lovely home for a cooking lesson with Elsa and delicious lunch. If you are interested in meeting a delightful local couple, having a hands-on lesson as you learn about Mexican cuisine, and enjoying a delicious lunch, this is the tour for you.

The cooking school experience was wonderful and great fun, however dealing with Viator was horrible and if you can find any other way to book this class do it.
