The information regarding Jack the ripper was good. Description of trip misleading. Definitely not a sherlock Holmes tour.

London is currently undergoing 20 weeks of road closures around the city centre and the traffic is (understandably) terrible. We spent an hour and 40mins minutes stuck on the bus, which we could have forgiven if it was just the traffic, however, the lack of planning and forethought is not. Our guide kept directing the driver down roads that you couldn’t make turns on (which could have been avoided as simply as using google maps), culminating in our fantastic driver having to reverse the bus 100-200m out of a narrow dead end road while avoiding parked cars on both sides. Unfortunately, over halfway through the tour, we had not even arrived at the first location. We left as soon as we got off the bus, not having the time, patience or energy to start our tour that late, which is a shame, as we were looking forward to hearing the stories of Jack the Ripper.
