I booked the tour and made the payment, including the separate payment for transportation. Due to changes in my travel plans, I had to cancel it. I canceled on time and informed them to request a refund for the transportation. At first, they responded kindly, but then they started ignoring my messages. It’s not a large amount of money, but the fact that they don’t return the money and don’t respond says a lot about their ethics. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM

We had a long list of demands from the type of boat to the food supplied. They fulfilled all our demands perfectly and created an extremely memorable day

Our tour guide was great and we enjoyed all the sights we saw in Halong Bay. But nothing about this experience felt "deluxe" and there were many issues. The food and boat were unremarkable, much less nice than what we saw in the pictures on this site. There was also no air conditioning on the boat, which was especially problematic when we had to wait 45 minutes for a lost couple and the crew wouldn't let us go up top where the air was more open. But the worst part was the bus ride, which had the opposite problem: it was way too cold and the seats were very uncomfortable. And there were extra charges for everything (towels, water, even a rinse after swimming). I wouldn't go so far as to recommend against doing this tour, but you should have realistic expectations about what you are getting for your money.
