We really enjoyed getting to have someone as knowledgable as Ray lead us to some of the most beautiful sites in Kyoto. Each location he chose was thoughtful and historical, and his explanations of everything made the sites even more interesting. Getting to have a little exercise while seeing such beautiful places was the absolute highlight of Kyoto for us!

Ray had a well laid out plan for our tour and was welcoming to all. The monkey park and bamboo forest were a hit for my 14 year old daughter. Ray’s passion for all things Japanese and ability to share this knowledge while enjoying our ride made the trip our best in Japan.
