My dad and I had a great time learning to cook Japanese cuisine from Michiyo. I'm vegetarian and she took great care to prepared menu that I would be able to enjoy which I appreciated so much. I had a great time learning new cooking techniques that I can't wait to try at home, and having a lovely conversation with her and her husband. We forgot to take our recipe papers and Michiyo even sent them to our next hotel, away from Kyoto. Michiyo has that extra caring touch. Everything was so perfect and so delicious!
