My husband and I had a great experience on our tour! Our guide, Akira, was thoughtful and incredibly knowledgable and provided interesting insight into all of the sites we visited. It was our first day in Tokyo and we covered some of the main highlights and got ideas for what to do during the rest of our trip. It was especially helpful to get comfortable with the metro/trains! Akira met us at our hotel and had a clear itinerary for the day based on our interests. The only thing that could have been clearer was that we didn’t receive contact information for our guide before the tour, which would have been helpful in case we couldn’t find each other. Overall, this was excellent and we 100% recommend for anyone looking to experience highlights of Tokyo!

Toured Imperial Palace and fish market. Tour guide was timely, professional and informative. He was a local Japanese man who lived in Tokyo and was familiar with trains and city. He provided a day train pass for us and seemed efficient and organized. He had a booklet with information he shared and gave us some history as well

We had booked a one day, private tour of Tokyo for our group of four. While the Guide was a very good person, her knowledge of English was limited and her knowledge of the places we visited was basic. She did not add much value to us as a guide.
