Come with us to visit Mount Ikoma for a day. The culture, history and natural beauty of Japan will be there for your great pleasure! We begin our visit to the Shinto Shrine Ishikiri Tsurugiya, a 2,700-year-old sacred site rich in history. Then we explore Ishikiri Sando, the busy shopping street popular with locals and celebrities. We take public transport to the summit of Mount Ikoma. We visit Monzenmachi, a charming area leading to Hozanji Temple. We discover this ancient temple of the 12th century, dedicated to Ganesh. We finish with Ikoma Skyland, an amusement park with breathtaking views of Osaka Bay and Nara’s bowl. These views are particularly magical at sunset. After this day, you will learn more about the history of Japan. You will also have had plenty in your eyes with the landscapes and panoramic views throughout the visit. Are you coming?     The Ikoma Sanjo amusement park is free and is very popular among young children, as well as young couples. Attractions, rather for young children, are paid for by unit. The view of Osaka and Nara is magnificent. In summer, the park closes later so that you can admire the lights of the cities below.

寶山寺へ行くに当たり、日本最古とされているケーブルカーを利用しました。そのケーブルカーはデザインも可愛かったので、子供も大喜び。寶山寺の最寄りの駅に到着後は、フランス出身の話上手なガイドさんの話を聞きながら、灯籠が無数に並ぶ参道を歩きました。ガイドさんは、終始流暢な日本語で案内をしてくれたのですが、その辺の日本人より日本に詳しく、素直に感心しました。 寶山寺は、崖のような所に仏様が祀られており、近くで拝むことはできませんでしたが、独特な雰囲気があり、その出立ちは圧巻でした。 家族で良い思い出ができました！ ガイドさん、ありがとうございました！！
