This is an 8 kilometer E-biking ride that visits famous attractions as well as hidden gems in Kyoto such as the Kinkakuji, Daitokuji Temple Complex in order to visit the Koto-in and Zuiho-in, Imamiyajinja and the Kitanotenmangu Temple.

  • Guests who choose not to participate/cannot ride a bicycle will not get refunded
  • Tours cannot be changed to different departure times less than 24 hours before departure.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Fantastic E bike adventure, great stops. Great friendly fluent in English guide Mike Not for small children or seniors, unless if you are comfortable on a bicycle. Highly recommended

Sean, our guide, gave us a comprehensive and very interesting tour. We stopped at several areas where he gave us background information about the history and culture of each location. He was amenable to our questions and had a lot of background knowledge of this area of Japan. The Golden Temple was crowded but we hardly noticed with his guidance. The Zen garden at the Daitokuji and then Zuihoin Temple was extraordinary. We had an abbreviated green tea ceremony, which made the experience even more special. We highly recommend this tour!

Yuta was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable and friendly. We saw many interesting sites- temples- hidden streets- drank tea and ate sweets at an old tea shop. He spoke excellent English and the e- bikes were easy to manage. I highly recommend this most enjoyable way to spend an afternoon in Kyoto!
