Excellent communication before which calmed my nerves about arriving in a country with a family of 6 including little kids! The immigration desk was absolutely busy and we had to spend close to 2 hours there but the cab kept waiting a didn’t complain even once. Thank you very much! I would do this again. Finding a train and riding it late at night doesn’t seem to be a grey option - this is quite cheap and great!

The driver was excellent and very friendly but for what I paid for this trip, the van was old and dated. For $240 USD, I expected a nicer, newer vehicle (like what was shown on the website), not an old cloth seated van that looked like it had seen better days. The taxi that I rented from another company to take me back to the airport was $100 USD cheaper and much nicer with all leather seating and a new model.

Hire Taxi Japan is the most helpful and understanding. I arrived in the morning at Haneda Airport but due to PCR test on the airport they need to wait for nearly 3 hours. Thank you for the hospitality, would 100% book with you again on my next visit and recommend to friends & family.
