In this class, you can have an experience of cooking real ramen and gyoza dumplings by the host, Hideki who had worked at ramen restaurant for about 10 years. If you want to learn how to cook the “real ramen”, this is the one! The place is also very convenient for a traveler since it’s close to Shinagawa and Oimachi Station and also Haneda international airport This class is ONLY 2 persons ( Not available for one person)

What a wonderful experience. Hide was great at communication and was able to accommodate our dietary restriction. He picked us up from the station, walked us to his home and taught us how to make the dishes. We were completely involved in the process and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Trés bonne expérience d'apprentissage des ramens et gioza. Tout commence tranquillement et le rythme accélère au fur et à mesure de la cuisson. Heureusement que Hide gère la fin de la cuisson pour en faire un plat comme au restaurant!
