Now you can learn how to cook traditional Izakaya-style dishes in Kyoto. This 3-hour class shows you how to make five or six Japanese dishes. And, best of all, when you pack up your knives and turn off the burners, you eat what you just cooked.

This was a brilliant introduction to Japanese cooking. We loved it. Food was delicious. We cooked loads of things and could be replicated when we go home. Would highly recommend .

I loved learning about the Dashi based used in many Japanese recipes. The staff was wonderful!!! The food we prepared was delicious too1

This class deserves all of the great reviews. The hosts are terrific, and we had a really enjoyable afternoon learning to cook some simple and tasty dishes. I highly recommend it.
