We were met at the port in Osaka by our guide Keiko and had a private driver for our tour of Kyoto. Keiko and our driver were wonderful in getting us to our stops and adding extras we requested. We especially wanted to see the cherry blossoms and she took us to a beautiful park overflowing with cherry trees and a shower of blossoms in the breeze. In addition we enjoyed lunch in a nearby Japanese restaurant for an authentic experience! The bamboo forest, Golden Pavilion, and Torii Gates shrine were amazing and not to be missed. This tour was a fantastic experience for the five of us and a highlight of our trip to Japan!

We took this tour last week with a party of 8 in a private van—the tour guide was Kaori. We had a wonderful tour seeing the highlights of Kyoto. The van picked us up at Kobe port on time and delivered us back to the ship when promised. The driver was excellent—dropping us a convenient locations.. Kaori is very well prepared and her diction is excellent. We had a lovely meal at a local restaurant and got to see all the sights that were promised. I would recommend this tour without hesitation!
