Upon arrival at the terminal, clearing immigration and customs, we waited for over 2 1/2 hours for our driver. We called the 800 number, emailed several times and got no results. We walk all around the area where all the private drivers and tour guides were standing with their signs of the names of their passengers. No driver for us. We went to every information desk and counter at the terminal. The driver was paged three times. No driver. We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel. Never again will we use Viator’s private drivers. Very unsatisfied and VERY DISAPPOINTED!

So grateful and thankful that the driver waited for our arrival. The plane was late getting in and then we had an hour line to go through immigration. Was so happy to see him holding our sign with our name on it!
