Natsuno was an amazing tour guide!! She had so much information to tell us and the conversation flowed so easily. She was so kind to take us around to different places and get the best views of Tokyo at night. We loved every second!!

What I appreciated most was Natsuno’s flexibility and patience with our late arrival due to our very delayed flight . We were able to easily communicate with her via text about our delay and she willingly adjusted our pick up time. Knowing we had our 12 and 10 year old granddaughters with us, she greeted them with a personally made card with an anime sketch and recommendations for their stay in Tokyo. Her English was excellent and just cheerfully responded to all their questions. We were starving by the time we got to our hotel with no time to eat dinner without totally missing our tour. Narayan had delicious snacks and bottled water waiting for us in the van which our granddaughters devoured! Even though it was raining we got lovely photos, some of which she took of our family. She listened to our interests and needs throughout making our first night in Tokyo a very pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour and our guide Natsuno!

We were able to see a lot of the city in a short time. The guide Yosuke was very nice and knowledgeable and took us to cherry blossom sites
