This was such a great time - it felt like we were participating in a TV cooking show in our knowledgeable host's home kitchen! I highly recommend it!

Best part of the excursion was learning the traditional ways of Japanese Cuisine. The instructor made the course very fun and entertaining. Also got to bring home a recipe to attempt again in the states
