Unfortunately, we did not get what we expected. Reading the other reviews it is clear that others were misled by the name of the programme. It is just a taxi service, nothing more.

Hasan was a great driver/tour guide and a wonderful human being. We spent a full day with him experiencing different aspects of this beautiful city. We highly recommend him as your tour guide, he was very patient and helpful. It was our first day in Tokyo and it couldn't be better. Our thanks to him!!

While our driver was very nice and accommodating he was not Japanese and had only lived in Tokyo for a year thus his knowledge was very superficial. Most disappointing however that this “tour” was just being dropped at each place. An overpriced taxi service! We expected a tour meant that the guide would accompany you and provide some education. So disappointing! Description needs to be clearer in our opinion. We were also not advised that advance booking if timed tickets would be important- so there were line ups and waits to contend with as well.
