  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was everything we wanted and more. Was flexible and responded to our changes. Was always on time in returning to pick us up, And gave helpful suggestions when asked.

Our guide Mark was knowledgeable speaking English and Japanese and accompanied my wife and I on the visits to traditional Tokyo fish market, Meiji shrine and other key sites around Tokyo.

Really did not know what to expect on our day tour of Tokyo….however Umer, our guide and driver provided a memorable experience. He choose sites with a diversity of cultures and timelines. He was extremely courteous and patient and accommodated our request without hesitation. Umer went out of his way to tailor the experience for my college grandson and assisted us with our travel issues above and beyond our expectation. He not only made our day enjoyable but his assistance has made the rest of our vacation much more accommodating.
