On a recent trip with my kids to Japan and didn't really have the time/patience to figure my way around the bus/train options from my hotel to Narita airport. Even the hotel I stayed out wasn't much help in getting a shuttle. Last minute (night before we were leaving) google search and this option came up on Viator. Keep in mind most other places expect at least 24-48 hours in advance if not longer to make reservations. Reserving was quick and easy, I was contacted by the operator shortly after to confirm details and my driver was at my hotel a little early to pick us up. Very comfortable shuttle (everyone had their own captains chair) and pleasant ride to the airport without having to deal with any crowds or confusion. Obviously a little pricier than public transportation but it was well worth it to me. Would definitely recommend!
