Driver went to wrong hotel for pickup; once he did arrive he was surly and not very helpful with luggage. Seemed angry and slammed doors etc. While we DID arrive at our destination it was not really a pleasant experience

Driver did not come to pick us up. Had to contact the transfer company. Finally got a response that driver could not pick us up due to traffic in Yokohama. Why did they not contact us about issues????? Had to scramble to make our own way to Yokohama. Missed our cruise embarkation time and had to make our way though busy train stations to reach Yokohama. Not impressed!!!!! What will Viator do other than reimburse us for cancelling the transfer?? Will follow up when I get back home!!!!!! With correspondence to corporate office
