I signed up for the Tsukiji Fish Market tour, noting that this was led by Kazu, who I had as a tour guide on my last trip to Japan back in December 2019. The meeting spot was clear and easy to get to. On our way to the market, Kazu gave us insights on the history of a nearby Buddhist temple as well as the history of the Tsukiji market. We had plenty of time, no rush, to check out any shops in the area that interested us. We also went to a restaurant serving sushi rice bowls. Given that this restaurant is in the Tsukiji market, it's no surprise that our sushi was super fresh and delicious. We then ended the tour at a building on the 47th floor where we got a great view of the city, including where the old Tsukiji market used to be. All in all, it was a excellent tour! It was nice to see you again, Kazu!

This is one of the best tours I did while in japan. The tour was more than just walking through tsukiji fish market, you'll learn the history and interesting facts. The highlight will definitely be the food which was amazing. The guide was the some friendly and gentle person I met during entire stay in japan. I can't recommend this tour enough.

The tour was amazing - I got to try so many foods, learn about the history of shrines and the market and be guided by the wonderful Honda !! Would absolutely recommend this tour
