送迎に特に問題はありませんでした。迎え場所の急な変更にも対応していただき、とても楽しみな気持ちでいっぱいだったのですが、いざ公園に着いた時に入場料を請求されました。こちらのプランは入場料も含んだプランとなっています。その為、とても困惑してしまいました。 予約の詳細をすぐにでも見せたかったのですが、電波が繋がらず、私たちの名前を伝えドライバーの方へ予約会社へ内容を電話にて確認してもらいました。しかし「入場料は含んでない、支払いが必要である」とやむを得ず一度支払う事になりました。 その後サファリ体験をし、途中で電波が繋がったので詳細を見せると、確認すると言って結果返金に至りました。 なぜ名前の確認で予約内容が分からなかだのでしょうか。詳細を見せることができなければ返金はなかったかもしれません。 返金もその場では返金されず、別の方と待ち合わせその方からの返金でした。 正直色々と不信感のある対応であったため、このプランはとても注意が必要だと思います。 また、予約時に含まれているものとしてお水やフルーツ、双眼鏡などの記載もありますが、そちらは一切提供されておりません。とても残念です。 このトラブルがなければもっと気持ちの良いサファリ体験になっていたと思います。 どうか参考にしていただければと思います。

We had an awesome day on the safari tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look at each animal, he also was able to answer all of our question. Our drivers were also great, it was a nice addition to get some watermelon and coconut at the end of the trip. The sightseeing felt very ethical and we only got close to elephants if they approached us.
