DEPARTURE TRANSFER. Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pick up at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise the number of luggage you have.

We travel from birmingham (BHX) Airport to johannesburg (JNB) two or three times a year as we have a house and family there. Birmingham Airport is now a joke for the traveller. It is staffed with people who have either become totally disillusioned or have been exposed to a personality destruction x ray. Fro check in , through security through passport control it has become an asault course for the brain and a stamina test to see how long the average traveller can stand in a queue. If that is bad then avoid Johannesburg like the plague. It is worse than birmingham. At 75 we tend to resent people who want to stqal part of our lives by keeping us in a state of morbid inactivity by bureaucratic malaise. Both of them are awful awful awful. If you have to use them then allow at least 4 hours to go through all the mind numbing ,brain challenging rubbish they offer their customers.
