  • Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other illicit substance are not allowed to participate in the tour and will not be able to get a refund.
  • The maximum weight capacity per speedboat is 450 lbs (205 kg).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

That experience was so beautiful. Me and my daughter had a great time. I am so glad the tour guy encouraged me to stay in the water. When you go its a must you take a water proof camera for the memories!

When we arrived at the dock we could hear thunder in distance. The guide Rafael said we were ok to go out. When we got half way to the first snorkel site it started to rain heave and heavy chop on waters. When guide tied our boats to first snorkel site it started to lightning all around us. Guide insisted we were safe. We couldn’t see anything. He had to give us goggles it turn back to the docks. Company denied refund or even partial refund. We never got to snorkel!

Amazing day out with Jungle Tours. Jetting across the Caribbean Sea is always a treat and the boats are super fun to drive. Then we stopped at a coral reef for snorkelling before heading back. It’s better than I described it! Book it!
