Matured female sea turtles migrate to land (Beach) for lay their eggs and typical clutch contains 50 to 350 eggs averagely and then they return to ocean. These soft shelled eggs are deep in 20cm to 40cm circular holes in the sand and eggs will incubate for 50–60 days and then baby sea turtles break free of the egg shell dig through the sand and crawl into their sea home. In Sri Lanka, sea turtles are conserved due to many reasons as protect them from many natural predators and the humans as well. South west coast is a most popular home for many different sea turtles species and Kosgoda in one of major places among them. Journée enrichissante : la ville typique de Bentota, le « safari «  sur le Madu appelé rivière alors que chez nous, nous la qualifierions de fleuve, la visite d’une mine à ciel ouvert (extraction des pierres de lune) et visite de l’atelier de transformation. Recueillement au monument commémorant les milliers de victimes lors du tsunami, et ensuite découverte de la ville de GALLE (constructions laissées par les Portugais, puis les Hollandais et enfin les Anglais qui ont occupés successivement Ceylan, devenu lors de l’indépendance le SRI LANKA)….

Well it was one of the best holiday of mine, firstly it was my honeymoon, my first holiday with him !! Namal n INDUNEEL made it very special for us, they arranged the best rooms with beautiful ambience.. N yes the country is truly a bliss !!
