Noto/Chirihama evening photoshoot by professional photographer

Highly recommended destination. Noto peninsula is beautiful and not crowded unlike many of the better known destinations in Kanazawa. The illumination was truly striking. It was good to have TK because he was a professional guide, an safe driver, and took amazing photos under challenging lighting. Despite knowing Japanese, this would have been a tough destination without assistance.

Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! TK is super personable and very talented at his craft. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Thanks. I can’t say enough about how professional TK is and the quality of work that he provides. I was so pleased with my session and final photographs, that I will continue to use him in the future. I don't really like tours so I always look for ways to meet local people and learn about a place in a non-touristy way. This was a perfect option for that. Kanazawa is a really pretty city if you know where to visit but I'm not a very good photographer (plus I often forget to take pictures while I am sightseeing!). TK took such beautiful photos so now I have really nice souvenirs - postcard quality photos but I actually appear in them! The photographer/guide is TK. He was a really friendly guy, and because he has travelled a lot like me he knew the kinds of pictures I'd prefer (not boring tourist photos like everybody else's), plus his English is perfect which makes it easier to get local knowledge you can't really read about in a guide book. I tailored my sightseeing a little from the suggested itinerary, which TK was happy to do, especially because it was just me. Doing this on my own was a little more than I usually like to spend so I do recommend pairing up with someone if you're travelling solo to make it a little cheaper. Considering it was a professional photographer PLUS a tour guide I still thought it was worth the cost, and I was happy with the tour and the photos I got afterwards. I really recommend chatting in advance with TK about your travel plans to make sure you get exactly what you want and don't overlap your sightseeing, plus planning for weather etc. He told me his tours are new, so he seems keen to be flexible (which is rare in Japan!). Nothing was too much trouble. It was a special day out and definitely a highlight of this trip to Japan. Thank you so much TK. Good luck with your new business!
