    You are picked up at 6.00 a.m. from your residence in Kandy and drives straight away to the Lion Rock. You will visit the eight wonder of the world, which contains huge walls, water canals, security guard rooms, natural stoned arches, mirror stone and world famous Sigiri paintings. It is an isolated rock, Kingdom more than 200m in height. You have to spend more than two and half hours.

    Then your second destination is village tour to experience ancient village life with their day today activities including catamaran rides, bullock carriage ride, walk towards paddy fields, cookery demonstration on traditional Sri Lankan foods and enjoy a traditional meal.

  • Dambulla Royal Cave Temple, Dambulla, Sri Lanka
    Final stop is Dambulla cave temple, which is the largest and the best preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka. The caves were converted in to a temple complex by king Walagamba during the 1st century. There are about 153 Buddha status and murals, which covers 2100 square meters. You have to spend around one and half hours to cover entire temple complex. You are dropped back to your hotel in Kandy by the evening.

Buddhika was a fantastic guide and showed us many interesting sights on our tour. He shared his extensive knowledge about Sigiriya and Dambulla with us, which allowed us to understand the amazing history and significance of these sites. Highly recommended ????

Buddhika is a great guide. I love to meet locals on my travels and this is a good way, not only that but it is lovely to give work to an individual instead of a bigger organisation and you get the personal touches with that too. Buddhika knows his stuff, he is very knowledgeable about his country's history, and it's present too, he knows his way around. It can be a challenge to find a tour guide travelling solo that charge a fair rate, some places will charge you for two people minimum, but Buddhika did not do that. Highly recommend this tour. Thank you Buddhika.

Buddhika does an excellent service! He’s really kind and friendly. We were a group of four and had loads of extra ideas and wishes — not as easy though! He dealt with it and did a good job. We went on a two day tour from Kandy to Dambulla over Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa and at least back to Kandy.
