    The Everest Experience flight gives the best opportunity to get the closest and the best view of Mount Everest (8,850mts) & other mountains such as; Shisa Pangma (8,013m), Gauri Shanker (7,134m), Melungtse (7,023m), Cho Oyu (8,201m), Pumori (8,171m), Nuptse (7,855m), Lhotse (8,516m) & Ama Dablam (6,856m). The flights are operated every morning from Kathmandu airport which flies at an average altitude of 6,500 - 7,000 meters. Circling Mount Amadablam to enter the Khumbu valley, we take the passengers almost five nautical miles from the highest peak in the world - Mt. Everest (weather permitting). This flight usually lasts for slightly less than an hour. We provide each passenger with individual window seats (guaranteed) during the entire flight. This is an extremely popular activity and booking ahead is recommended. The client will get individual window seats during the entire flight. The early morning 'Mountain View' fight is a must do, if you are keen on a view of the big mountains, especially Everest. You get to see the entire range starting with Langtang Lirung, then going all the way to Makalu, before turning back. Views are better when returning, so opt for a seat on the right hand side of the plane. You also have the cabin crew patiently pointing out each mountain to you. The only downside is that some windows have scratches, so it is difficult to get good pictures at times.

Wonderful experience, breathtaking views, forgot to take pictures for some time. The flight attendant very patiently was pointing out the peaks as we passed by. A visit to the cockpit by turns are allowed as the aircraft approached Mt Everest. What a view. It is the closet i have been to the highest peak in the world.
