You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service from Nepal Hiking Pvt Ltd - Bhairam and his team were organised, easy to communicate with and everything that was promised was delivered. Arriving in an airport as a solo traveler can be daunting and so I am very glad that I booked my car transfer and hotel stays through this company. Bhairam met me at the airport, he was there waiting at each airport transfer. The cars were very comfortable and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend Bhairam and his team from Nepal Hiking Pvt Ltd, I would have no hesitation booking with them again!

This was such a good way to start my trip to Kathmandu. I was worried on how to get to my hotel from the airport so decided to try and book this. Things take time at the airport in Kathmandu; and my phone didn’t work, so I thought they might had left when I got outside because of the time. But as soon as I walked out of the airport they were standing there with a note with my name on it. Drive was good, and the two men who brought me to my hotel was super nice and friendly! Made for a perfect start of my trip :) I am more cautious of everything I do as I’m traveling alone; but for other solo travelers this is a really good way to get safe and sound from A to B!
