The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your safety is our crew’s biggest priority. Before your journey even begins, your driver completely disinfects the vehicle and places free hand sanitizer in the back seat. One of our professionally-trained drivers will greet you with a name sign in the arrivals terminal of the airport, will offer to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked to late, they took the reservation then once we reached they canceled the booking. They will do a full refund but will take up to 5 working days. They should update the site so you don’t get the option to book. We ended up in a taxi which was far cheaper..

First of all, even though the van was a Mercedes Benz van, it did not look like what was pictured. Definitely was not a luxury. The first Van's passenger side door could not open. Luckily there was anothet stand by ready to go. The driver drove a little fast and furious for my taste but maybe that's how you drive around here. I paid a lot more than regular rate and I was expecting some "luxury" experience that I did not get.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
