Commence a scenic island drive through olive groves, vineyards, and thick cypress glades. Passing through Mount Aenos you will visit the Robola Winery and taste the famous Robola variety of wine. Visit Agios Gerasimos Monastery, the largest and the most important on the island of Kefalonia. Explore the Drogarati Cave, famous for its acoustics. Discover the geological phenomenon of the Melissani Lake in an underground cave. Leaving Melissani Lake, we will head towards the cosmopolitan village of Fiscardo, untouched after the great earthquake of 1953. En route on our way back, you’ll make a photo stop at Myrtos Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A good tour of the island revealing its beautiful scenery. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Kefalonia. The driver was safe and careful.

Pros first: this is a good way to see some of the main tourist spots of the island if you're maybe short on time or don't have access to your own transport. The guide was lovely, really looked after us and was very knowledgeable about the island. Cons: you spend A LOT of time on the coach. If you're coming from Skala or the south of the island you'll be one of the first pick-ups. The actual 'tour' won't start until you get to Argostoli due to all the other pickups, nearly 2 hours after you first get on. If travel sickness is an issue, maybe try hire your own transport and take yourself to these attractions to avoid at least some of the windy Kefalonian roads!

Would highly recommend. katalina was very informative about the history of the tour stops and the whole of this beautiful island. It was a small group which made it more personal. She also gave us tips on where to eat in Fiscardo. The bus driver ‘Paris’ did an amazing job of making us feel very safe on the journey. The roads are very windy and narrow in places but his driving skills were top class.
