The View Winery and Vineyard, Kelowna, Canada The View Winery is a family owned estate winery overlooking the City of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake. We have a strong commitment to quality and are proud of our award winning aromatic cool-climate whites and our fruit forward, spicy reds. In honour of our apple growing history we also craft Wards Cider. Tucked into a charming 1920's era vintage building, our wine shop is an eclectic and inviting stop for any wine tour. This building served as a neighbourhood apple packing house for generations. Visitors are offered the unique opportunity to taste our estate grown wines and ciders right in our working cellar for a truly authentic experience. 30 minutes
3240 Pooley Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4G7, Canada In 2003 Wyn and Marion Lewis put down roots in beautiful British Columbia. Seven years and 8000 Pinot vines later they developed their family's passion for wine, art and music into the Vibrant Vine Winery. Today we are still very much a fun family owned winery...but a lot has happened since 2010! After accidentally winning ‘Best White Wine in the World’ at the World Beverage Competition in Geneva, Switzerland (ask us about it, it’s a great story!) their lives changed forever, and today we’re more vibrant than ever! With live outdoor music, Phil Lewis 3D Art, award winning wines, Jacko’s lounge, Okanagan Villa and Frequency Winery & Recording Studio...there’s something for everyone at The Vibrant Vine. Welcome to our home 30 minutes
4870 Chute Lake Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4M3, Canada We set out to make the most beautiful wines in the world; starting with organically and biodynamically grown grapes from the pristine Okanagan Valley, handling them with love and attention, allowing them to ferment naturally to retain the highest levels of antioxidants, and finishing the wines in our Pyramid Cellar built with precision Sacred Geometry and aligned to the stars to create a structure of stillness and harmony. 30 minutes
1125 Richter St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 2K6, Canada Each bottle of Sandhill wine is made from grapes that come from one of six unique BC vineyards - Sandhill Estate, King Family, Phantom Creek , Osprey Ridge, Hidden Terrace and Vanessa Vineyard. Each vineyard possesses a unique combination of soil composition, slope, sun exposure and drainage. As well, each vineyard manager employs techniques that bring subtle influences into the growing environment. These one-of-a-kind conditions inevitably produce grapes with unique characteristics. This, in turn, provides us with the opportunity to create a wine that’s truly distinct. In the winery, a non-interventionist approach allows the character of the fruit to shine through in the wine. This allows the complex, subtle, unique character of each vineyard to reveal itself in your glass. Explore our wines. 30 minutes
2555 Saucier Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4B7, Canada Priest Creek Family Estate Wineries desire is to provide a collection of quality premium wines which can be shared today or cellared for the future. Priest Creek Family Estate Winery was founded through Darren and Jane’s wish to raise their children on a vineyard, bringing them back to their farming roots. We are located on the South Kelowna Wine Trail in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, boasting beautiful mountain vistas from each direction. The name Priest Creek was chosen to pay tribute to the heritage of the land. This Estate was part of a parcel of land farmed by the Mission in the mid 1800’s. Priest Creek runs behind the property and runs into Mission Creek where it is said Father Pandosy planted the first grapes in the valley for wine. 30 minutes
3950 Spiers Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4B3, Canada Spearhead Winery is located on the benchlands of South East Kelowna. Our focus is on premium quality wine which we produce from grapes grown on our estate vineyard and from selected Okanagan Valley vineyards. The hand harvested grapes are sorted at the winery and fermented in small lots. On our estate vineyard we grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Approximately 80% of 15 acres of vines is comprised of Pinot Noir including four different Dijon clones, 2 California heritage clones and Pommard. This combination of plantings enables our wine maker to select from the different characteristics exhibited by these clones in order to create a harmonious, complex Pinot Noir from our home vineyard. We also draw from a number of other vineyards in the Okanagan including Golden Retreat in Summerland and Coyote Vineyard in West Kelowna. Our vineyard and winemaking teams are led by Grant Stanley. 30 minutes
3489 E Kelowna Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4H1, Canada Camelot Vineyards began as an orchard and was owned and operated by Ruth and the late Robert Young Senior for almost 40 years. In 1996, keeping it in the family, Robert Young Jr. and his wife Denise, decided to take over the business. Exactly ten years later in October 2006, a huge decision was made to remove all of the trees and replant the acreage with a vineyard. Following this, Camelot Winery was erected. 30 minutes
5445 Lakeshore Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4S5, Canada Vern Rose, the founder of House of Rose Winery, retired as a teacher from Edmonton, Alberta in 1983. He played at making wine over the years and had a dream of growing his own grapes, and making his own wine, when he moved to Kelowna, British Columbia that year. Vern purchased the 6.7 acres that are now home to House of Rose Winery in 1983, shortly after the property was converted from an apple orchard to a vineyard. 30 minutes
3975 June Springs Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4E4, Canada Meadow Vista Honey Wines is located in Kelowna, BC on a five and a half acre farm, nestled amongst the orchards of East Kelowna. In partnership with our beekeeper, the farm is home to 110 hives of hardworking honeybees. The hives spend time on our Farm as well as other local farms, providing important local pollination while gathering sweet nectar to make honey. We’ve been told that Meadow Vista Honey Wines taste “like nature in a glass”, and we couldn’t agree more. We are proud to offer a fresh spin on food & wine pairings for Master Chefs, Sommeliers, Foodies and Home Cooks with our award-winning honey wines. 30 minutes
1405 Pioneer Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4M6, Canada Ann & Peter are not just your average ‘flying winemakers’; having great respect for viticulture and distinctive terroirs, they like to spend a good deal of time ‘on the ground’ in the vineyards. Sperling Vineyards is a project particularly close to Ann's heart; it's the land she grew up on. Honouring the generations who established and worked our family farm since the 1880s, Ann and the team continue to achieve excellence at Sperling Vineyard: learning from the past, looking deeper, and forging new paths. 30 minutes
