Excellent experience. The office staff was some of the friendliest and most helpful of any dive shop we’ve used before, the boat crew was safe and efficient, and the instructor was awesome. Highly recommend Silent World for both new, upgrading, and veteran divers. Great experience all around.

We attended a special Keys event to collect trash from the reefs (Trash Derby). The boat was set up nicely but the best part was the staff. From check-in to the diving, we felt welcome and like part of o family. An added benefit is they are located on the Atlantic side of Key Largo, so the trip to the dive sites is quick. Captain John and his crew were fun and professional.

Excellent facility and fantastic staff. Got my AOW from Gabe when I was down there and he was spectacular. If someone knows the dive sites better than him I’d be shocked. The staff was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to work with. My personal regulator had some issues and Shelby not only took it to a shop to get rebuilt but picked it up the next morning so I could use it on those dives. This is the definition of customer service! I’d give them 10 stars if I had the option.
