The Kyiv Pechersk Lavra Monastery is a Christian monastery from 1051, one of two landmarks in Kyiv which included to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It includes 16 churches, two underground cave systems with the mummified remains of Orthodox saints and their relics, a central cathedral, seminary, and almost 100-meter tall bell tower.

Worth spending time, I am Ukrainian but even though I got to know a lot of new stuff. the guide even pay for u in the subway!

Alex was quite friendly and the tour was more than the history, it took more than 2 hours and he paid for our metro tickets too

Ο καλύτερος τρόπος για να γνωρίσει κανείς το Κίεβο και την ιστορία της Ουκρανίας. Κάναμε τρία διαφορετικά προγράμματα στη Λάβρα, το Παλιό Κίεβο και το κέντρο του Κιέβου με τρεις διαφορετικούς ξεναγούς, την Άννα τον Άλεξ και τη Λίσα. Ήταν όλοι καταπληκτικοί. Φιλικοί, και άψογοι που μας έμαθαν πολλά για την όμορφη πόλη τους.Μια εμπειρία που ο καθένας πρέπει να έχει στο Κίεβο.
