Max was a great and funny guide, i recommend!! Experience was great, max told us a lot of interesting facts about history of these tunnels,some ukrainian law and showed us some tricks inside the tunnels, Ačiū!!

I personally did not have a good experience, but I understand that most people would love this and rate it high so I did not want to rate this too low and bring the ratings down. One thing to say right away is that our guide Vlada was awesome, spoke perfect English and was fun. Now why I did not like it: - It starts at 11AM and is 3 hours long. (Maybe they have different timeframes, not sure because my friend is the one who booked), I think it is not a good time at all because the adventure is physical and you get very hungry in that time frame. - There is a long, very small tunnel near the beginning of the tour. This is what killed me. On an empty stomach this tunnel really made me feel exhausted right away (and I’m a thin guy who does sports often) yet my heart was racing and I felt weak because of that tunnel. For me the rest of the tour (which thankfully wasn’t that physical) was spent trying to recover from my fast heart rate and stressing out wondering how many more of these tunnels I would have to go through. Because of that, the whole experience was ruined for me and I did not feel good the entire day. Two easy ways to fix that: 1) Change the time to either early morning (after breakfast) or afternoon... 2) The guide should quickly go over the layout of the tunnel before the group heads inside. At least people who have concerns or are stressed know what to expect.
