This trip involves a tour of the Fort Charlotte, located in Edinboro, St. Vincent. From there we head to the Pirates of the Caribbean at Walliabou and on the way you will get a view of the Windward side of the Island of St. Vincent. Finally, you can relax at the Walliabou Heritage Park and take a swim under the mini waterfalls or take a swim in the beautiful waters of the Buccament Beach I am an experienced and punctual tour driver and have been doing so for over 15 years. This trip involves a tour of the Fort Charlotte, located in Edinboro, St. Vincent. From there we head to the Pirates of the Caribbean at Walliabou and on the way you will get a view of the Windward side of the Island of St. Vincent. Then you can relax at the Walliabou Heritage Park and take a swim under the mini waterfalls or wait until you get to the final stop which is the beautiful Buccament Beach to swim and unwind.

Please note that we also do pick up from the Argyle International Airport, all ports and Hotels in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

    Fort Charlotte is a British-colonial era fort, built on a hill over-looking the harbour of Kingstown, Saint Vincent. It is located in the parish of Saint Andrew, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. at the top of Edinboro road, on Berkshire Hill, just west of the town. Standing at 600 feet above the sea level, it is the major early 19th century fortification in Saint Vincent. The fort enjoys a panoramic view of the Leeward side of the island, including Kingstown, Young Island, the Caribbean, Bequia and the Grenadines.     Wallilabou Heritage Park is a lovely, peaceful place with picnic spot, restaurant, pool and small waterfall. It sits on the Wallilabou River on the Leeward coast of St. Vincent, near Wallilabou Bay and the site of the film Pirates of the Caribbean. Large Samaan trees cover the pool and its adjacent areas, creating a relatively cool micro-climate for the core area of the park. These and other plants create a habitat for several species of birds. Large boulders reflect the lands geological history and create landscape interest. The park was at one time a plantation; a thick stone wall built across the river is a legacy of the plantation - each of the two streams flowing from the waterfall passes through a hole in the stone wall.

The company that run it was excellent, and informative. The beach that we visited was not as pleasant as we hoped, but worth snorkelling around. Fort Charlotte was worth seeing, we had a very informative guide.

Landschaftlich schöne Insel 1. Festung: Gute Aussicht auf Hafen und Hinterland. Geschichlicher Hintergrund wird in Bildern und von Führer erklärt Wir wurden allerdings nicht informiert, dass wir einen Führer extra bezahlen ( 4 Dollar / Person) müssen - Eintritt inclusive stand auf unserer Reservierung. 2. Walliabou Heritage Park: Kleine Anlage - wenig blühende Pflanzen, wir haben mehr erwartet - 20 min reichen locker für Besuch - trotz Vermerk Eintritt bezahlt auf unserem Reservierungsticket, wollte Taxifahrer zunächst, dass wir Eintritt bezahlen.3. Pirates of the Caribbean: Leider Massenansturm von Touristen mit entsprechend vielen Fahrzeugen und Lautstärke. Bucht ist sehr schön - Kulissen, Pratenfriedhof sind teilweise interessant. 4. Badestrand: teilweise frei,(ohne Liegen) mit etwas Schatten, schöne kleine Sandbucht - man wird freundlich aber ständig wegen Getränken gefragt. Taxifahrer war teils schlecht informiert über bezahlte Leistungen, hat das Taxi unvorteilhaft - Gangschaltung kaum eingesetzt- gefahren und ist auch einem entgegenkommenden Fahrzeug auf der falschen Straßenseite ungenügend ausgewichen.

We booked the tour prior to our cruise departure and were really happy that we did. Our driver, Brian, was full of knowledge about St Vincent and kept us entertained for the whole tour. He was good fun and made our tour fun too. The provision of cold beer was very welcome and the rum punch was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Trubb Taxi Service.
