Solo Kerala Private Tour Package ( 5 Nights) - Munnar, Thekkady, Houseboat

Hi Team, I had a chance to visit munnar,Thekkady,Alleppey and kochi through IRIS holidays. The major best support was Mr Vipin sir who was our guide and driver for the whole trip. He helped us with everything and also helped us with everything . In munnar we stayed in Aranyaka Resorts which was awesome where our room was just opposite to the waterfalls. The food there were great. Thekkady was good except for the hotel called holiday vista which was the worst hotel of my life. In Alleppey we stayed in another awesome resort called world backwaters which was awesome. The team of IRIS holidays was lead by Sreelakshmi who is an associate and was very helpful . The best person to be with us was Vipin who drove his Toyota etios along with us and lived along us. Very helpful and very humble..For future travellers please request him as your driver which will enhance the journey.

From planning the trip to the end of the trip, everything was well planned and hassle free. We had great experience of stay, food , sightseeing and services! Special mention to afsal who drove us and guided us throughout the trip, he was so humble and guided us very well!!

I just got back after an amazing memorable 6-night trip to Kerala, thanks to Iris Holidays, George, and Lalan. Initially, I was very skeptical about a 6-night trip due to the COVID situation. I traveled solo and I was concerned about my safety and COVID situation. After seeing reviews of several solo female travelers on TripAdvisor, I decided to go ahead. This turned out to the best decision for the trip. Right from the beginning, George was very accommodating. Given my apprehensions, especially about traveling during the ongoing pandemic, a lot of changes were made to the itinerary and George patiently made all the required changes. Once confirmed, I transferred the advance. George very thoughtfully assigned Mr. Lalan as my driver for the entire trip. Lalan's language skills made communication very easy. In my previous trips to Kerala, language has always been a minor issue but this time, I faced no such issues. I was extremely happy when Lalan called me before the trip started talking in my language. Vijeesh, from the transport department, ensured that I enrolled and took the visitor pass and guided me accordingly. During the trip, everything went perfectly. The hotel that George reserved for me, Hycinth Hotel, was very good. All COVID precautions were being taken and I instantly felt at ease. Hycinth staff was also very friendly and attended to all requests very promptly. During the trip, George and Vijeesh texted me to check if everything is going fine. A special thanks to Lalan sir. He always ensured that I am safe. I went on a small hike and he joined me as the area was isolated. His presence never felt intrusive and I always had my space. He also doubled up as my guide and explained a lot of details about the places we were visiting. He ensured that I didn't miss any place worth visiting and even suggested places that weren't mentioned in the guide book. He almost felt like a family member. He also made payments when I wasn't carrying my purse. Lalan sir made my trip very smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip. I highly recommend IRIS Holidays, irrespective of your group size (solo, family, or friends), group dynamics, and preference. I am looking forward to more such trips in Kerala with IRIS!
