  • Flights arriving within 30 minutes of each other will be combined for Seat-In-Coach transfers. Delays maybe experienced whilst all passengers assigned to your Seat-In-Coach transfer come through immigration and customs from the various flights: passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
