In our cooking class we prepare Greek appetizers together. The event takes place in the tavern, Ambrosia, a women's cooperative in Marmari. The colorful garden offers the perfect environment for preparing the dishes together. Vegetarians are expressly welcome. Our dishes, like many Greek appetizers, are meat-free. The vegetables are fresh from our own garden and local farmers. As with all our excursions, the focus is on authenticity, originality and fun in the group. We look forward to seeing you!

Was für ein Event, von Anna liebevoll geführter Kochkurs über die wichtigsten authentisch griechischen Gerichte. Tzatziki, gefüllte Zucchiniblüten, gefüllte Weinblätter, Kichererbsenpuffer...was für ein Erlebnis. Danke Kiki und dem #Kosbloggerteam für die perfekte Organisation.

Eigentlich müsste der Kurs kochen bei Freunden heißen ! Denn nichts anderes war es .Ein so tolles Urlaubserlebnis hatten wir selten ! Es wurde geschnibbelt , getratscht , getrunken und natürlich gekocht und gegessen! All das mit der Begleitung von „Kiki“ die an sich schon ein Unikat ist! Maria und ihr Mann haben uns toll in die griechische Küche eingeführt und „ a little more salt“ war der Spruch des Tages ! Wer also Lust und Spaß daran hat etwas ursprüngliches in traumhafter Umgebung zu erleben ist hier genau richtig ! Yamas und Kalí órexi
