Dear All, I write with great pleasure and delight to share with you, I have been treated extraordinarily by Lewis C - staff of Amazing Borneo Tours. He is very professional, attentive, helpful & sharing every possible local information and making everything very convenient and addressed all my concerns. Most of all very Sincere and Honest. I started my enquiry with him last night at 930pm plus and interrupted his late dinner. By noon today I have completed and confirmed my booking to Climb Amazing Mt Kinabalu. Lewis went beyond the gold standard to help me save cost and suggested an extra nite at the Foot hills of Mt Kinabalu to ensure that I acclimatise and am in tip top condition to take on the hiking the next day. He also reminded me to pay online to save 3.0% credit card charges. He arranged to pick me up door to door when I arrive at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Lewis C will care and look after you like you a member of your own family and he always puts himself in your shoes.
