Auschwitz was established in 1940 It was the biggest Nazi concentration camp for Poles and prisoners from other countries. They were condemned by the hitlerite fascism to isolation and slow extermination by hunger, exhausting work, criminal experiments, or to a quick death as a result of individual and mass executions. A place definitely worth seeing.

Please note that 07:00AM, 8:00AM 08:30AM starting time it's an approximate one and we will send an exact pickup time to each traveler a day before the tour.

  • Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square, Krakow, Poland
    Whole event takes around 7 hours. You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 09:30am(pick up time will be confirmed). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Oswiecim, Poland
    English guided tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is provided by a licensed museum guide . (Headphones are included) Visiting the camps takes around 3,5 hours and consists of sightseeing of two Nazi camps & Auschwitz and Birkenau.

  • For all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. (without it, you will not be able to enter the museum).
  • Our cars will be disinfection before each service
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Really well organised, pick up time communicated well and on time. Our driver was very professional and sorted out our lunch too. Would definitely recommend- much easier than sorting the trip on our own.

We were collected from our hotel by the driver at 7am, there were two more local pick ups and then we set off to aushwitz. The driver was very quiet but polite and informative of the trip. Took us an hour and 10 minutes to get to the first camp. We had a lovely tour guide who was very softly spoken, her English was great and she spoke with such empathy. First part of the tour took around an hour and 15 minutes. We then had a quick break and back into the taxi to move onto the second camp. This part took around an hour again to see. It was an ery but very interesting place to visit. I can see why it is a popular place to visit and I would return at another time and see it again for sure. The trip ran smoothly, the driver and guide where very informative and helpful along the way. All in all a great trip, one to remember forever.

This review is only for the transport to Auschwitz. The operators weren't personable and only cared about getting us there and back, making zero effort to get to know anyone. Skip the lunch boxes, you won't have enough time to eat.
