We booked to visit Auschwitz over 3 months before our trip to Poland. However we were suddenly informed by the operator, GR8WAY, the very night before the visit, that our trip (a 7am departure) was cancelled. We had no time to arrange another booking as our return flight back to UK was the next day. Despite paying in full for the trip about a week before and confirming with GR8WAY the pick up time and location three days before, it obviously gave us no guarantee that the trip would proceed.
We were all extremely disappointed as this was one of the main reasons we wanted to visit Krakow.
We are extremely dissatisfied customers of Viator on this occasion.
Shouldn’t Viator have a way of checking that their operators ( GR8WAY) are doing their job?
