  • Krakow, Krakow, Poland
    Hotel pickup takes place around 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. We provide a safe private transportation with an English-speaking driver in a comfortable car/minivan. The route from Krakow to Auschwitz takes 1.5 hours.

  • Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Oswiecim, Poland
    The driver will take you to the entrance and give you tickets. Then you will have a security check similar to the one at the airport. ID cards will also be checked. The tour takes place in a 30-person group with a local guide. Each participant receives headphones. The first part of the tour is Auschwitz 1 - it lasts about 2 hours. Then there will be a 15-minute break during which the driver will take you to the second part of the museum - Birkenau. You will spend about 1 hour here. After the tour, there are 2 options: -direct connection to Wieliczka -stop on the route to Wieliczka and a break for lunch

  • Wieliczka Salt Mine, Wieliczka, Poland
    The driver will take you to the entrance and hand out tickets. Then you will join a group of 30 people and start the tour with an English-speaking guide. After the tour the driver will drive you back to the hotel.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Alex drove us (8 Italian guys!) to Auschwitz and Wieliczka, plus transfer to the airport. Competitive fares and really great service. Super recommended for big groups like us.

Just back from a trip to Krakow, I had arranged everything with Alex before hand after being recommended to us. Well worth it! We were picked up promptly from the airport and taken to our apartments, after chatting to him about the excursions we wanted to do he arranged everything, got us tickets so we didn’t need to queue, dropped us to the door and picked us up so we didn’t have to walk or wait for anything, he gave us lots of great tips and advice and was a pleasure to travel with. Made us all feel like VIPs and took away the stress of organising everything. Highly recommend this firm if you visit.
