  • VERY IMPORTANT As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.
  • Departure time will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the tour. The starting time will be within the chosen time slot.

    Guide was knowledgeable but was walking way too fast and this made keeping up a challenge with the group. Terrain is uneven and difficult to walk. Our guide also kept repeating everything 4 & 5 times and that became a little annoying. Overall, I would so it again but hopefully get another guide that walks slower and is aware of her group members in the back of the line.
