The tour is not recommended for people with a disability due to a gravel surface and many buildings with no ramps or lifts. People with a disability must be accompanied
Student ID is required for student tickets
VERY IMPORTANT As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.
Departure time will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the tour. The starting time will be within the chosen time slot.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Guide was knowledgeable but was walking way too fast and this made keeping up a challenge with the group. Terrain is uneven and difficult to walk.
Our guide also kept repeating everything 4 & 5 times and that became a little annoying.
Overall, I would so it again but hopefully get another guide that walks slower and is aware of her group members in the back of the line.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
