Enjoyable experience slightly let down by return transfer. Bus had only one drop off instead of the two, due to running late (even though stated would be dropped off at pick up point). Not great when there were a few with mobility issues who had already cut short at birkenau due to struggling.
After a day of taking many pictures/videos our mobile batteries were dead, and we were dropped off 20 minutes away from where we were picked up. Not ideal had we not been in that area the day before, as unable to order a bolt/taxi, or find out where we were via maps. Overheard others complaining to guide, only to be told it wasn’t her fault it was the drivers decision, and there was nothing they could do.
Lost points due to this ????
