  • The tour is not recommended for people with a disability due to a gravel surface and many buildings with no ramps or lifts. People with a disability must be accompanied
  • Student ID is required for student tickets
  • VERY IMPORTANT As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.
  • Departure time will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the tour. The starting time will be within the chosen time slot.

    Despite COVID-19 and mask requirements, the tour guide was great. Good explanations of the camp and what happened during the war. The tour only visited 4 buildings out of dozens of others at Auschwitz in about 2 hrs, so if you want to visit every one this tour may not be for you. That said, great overview in a limited timeframe.
