They cancelled our excursion the evening before, I messaged them to ask what time we were being picked up as hadn’t heard anything since it was confirmed. Their first excuse was weather then when I messaged them again it was that no one had confirmed it even though I had a confirmation number from 31/12/24.
I have messaged asking for a refund but no one is answering me. Not impressed at all and will be taking this further.
