  • Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Oswiecim, Poland
    Departure from Krakow (metting point at Bus Stop located at Wielopole 2, Kraków). To get to Auschwitz I takes about 1 hours 30 minutes. After arrival there will be a short break then entry to the Museum. The whole guided tour includes two caps - Auschwitz I (about 2 hours) and Birkenau (about 1 hour 30 minutes). After visiting the second part and a short break, we leave for the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The journey takes approximately 1 hour.

  • Wieliczka Salt Mine, Wieliczka, Poland
    After about an hour's journey from Auschwitz, you will begin your guided tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The entire tour takes about 2 hours. After the sightseeing, the return to Krakow is planned. The whole excursion from pick up to drop off lasts about 10-11 hours.

  • There are 800 steps to climb of which 350 at the beginning take you down into the mine. Wear comfortable shoes.
  • Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to carry on the Museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm.
  • As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking.
  • The time may change due to the availability of the guides in the museum so please consider this in your plans. The exact start time will be communicated the day before the tour via email or WhatsApp message from the activity provider
  • The local partner will contact you by WhatsApp , email or phone on the day before your tour to confirm your pickup time and details
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

The tour of the 2 concentration camps was understandably solemn and the weather matched it, however they provided an important window into history and a shocking reminder of what humans are capable of at their worst. The tour guides were very articulate and knowledgeable and made the excursion a valuable experience. My party had also booked to view the salt mine and this too was well conducted. Minor transportation issues were quickly resolved and we effectively received personal attention for this excursion. I’d highly recommend the operator for all tours.

From Pick-up to drop off (by Piotr) perfect - Guide in Auschwitz/Birkenau too repetitive and could have respected peoples wish to linger at certain locations longer, but that di not materially detract from experience. Wieliczka Salt Mine simply stunning and NOT to be missed. Highly recommended and god value.
