You will visit both Auschwitz I and Birkenau camps with an official in-person guide. Door to door service and english-speaking driver/tour leader is provided. Tour includes all entrance fees and skipping the long line! Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. All of our drivers/tour leaders are english-speaking and ready to help you and answer all your questions. We treat people individually. Our modern air-conditioned fleet is ready for the ride!

We do the pickups from hotels/airbnbs/apartments/addresses in Krakow city center within area of max 2 kilometers away. Please note that there are some restricted areas in the city where we cannot drive under penalty of law. If your address stays in this kind of zone we will redirect you to closest legal meeting spot which will be a few minutes walk away from your place. Please note that we will send you an exact pickup time a day before your tour. Time may be in between 10:30 AM and 1 PM and on December in between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM due to shortened working hours of Auschiwtz-Birkenau museum.

No words in as far as the history goes, however, our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. I liked that in Auschwitz we had individual headphones to hear our guide. It meant, 1, I could hear everything, but 2 no-one was talking and you could be left to your own thoughts.

Absolutely brilliant experience from Choose Cracow. The booking had to be changed due to availability at Auschwitz and Christopher went above and beyond to ensure we still got to visit this extremely moving and historic location. The tour guide was superb - passionate, knowledgable and really bought to life the atrocities that occurred there. Our driver Alex was excellent at communicating with us about pick ups and what the format would be. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Most have heard and saw some of the awful events that were carried out in these places but to see and get more of the real story and experience the horror that was dealt out to human beings by other would be humans is so hard to believe and accept.
