You will visit both Auschwitz I and Birkenau camps with an official in-person guide. Door to door service and english-speaking driver/tour leader is provided. Tour includes all entrance fees and skipping the long line! Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. Traveler pickup is offered

We do the pickups from hotels/airbnbs/apartments/addresses in Krakow city center within area of max 2 kilometers away. Please note that there are some restricted areas in the city where we cannot drive under penalty of law. If your address stays in this kind of zone we will redirect you to closest legal meeting spot which will be a few minutes walk away from your place. Please note that we will send you an exact pickup time a day before your tour. Time may be in between 10:30 AM and 1 PM and on November, December, January and February in between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM due to shortened working hours of Auschiwtz-Birkenau museum.

Great experience but makes for a very long day with bus pickups and drop offs. Service was very responsive to questions. Definitely order their lunch pack- you won’t have time to buy any food on site. My schedule might have been unusual, but since I was only doing A-B tour, not the extra long day with salt mine, they ordered me a cab near my hotel (3 blocks outside old town) and I took a 25 minute cab (their expense, again, great communication to meet the cab). I met the tour bus at a rural gas station (the cab driver was kind enough to let me wait in his cab) Unfortunately, I don’t think any of the salt mine passengers knew I was boarding and it was already quite full (mostly of sleeping passengers tired from the early morning tour) and no one was happy about making a stop and getting a seat cleared for me. It was all a little awkward. But the driver was fantastic and really helpful and friendly and our on site tour guide was amazing. It’s definitely worth going - just allow yourself some time to rest (fyi the bus ride can be longer on the way back due to rush hour traffic- I left at 11:30a and didn’t get back until 19:30.

All a bit rushed. Lose your guide and go at your own pace, and catch up with them where the bus is parked.
