Chochołow Thermal Baths are the largest thermal complex in Podhale region. The water in pools is extracted from a depth of nearly 3600 metres below the ground and is rich in nutrients such as sulphur, magnesium, sodium or calcium - said to have beneficial influence on health medically and therapeutically. In total there is over 30 swimming pools with the temperature of water raging from 32 to 36 degrees Celsius. Water barrels are situated both indoors and outdoors.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This is a MUST visit place! Naturally heated pools and loads of them. Inside outside, families, couples...take your pick. We went when it was -3 outside and the pools were perfect temperature to relax even in the cold outdoors. Lots of food, bars and spas. Excellent facilities and a great health kick. To top it off, our host was Michal. He drove us up and booked us in. He is hands down the friendliest tour guide going. So chatty, very knowledgeable and a great taste in music! I would go on one of his experiences any time. I will book again!!

the highlight of krakow, michel was the best tour person, so nice and good information . We went on busiest day so book when you know it won’t be that busy

Michel was a great driver and trip leader , making us feel very welcome and giving great advice for our trip. We went on the trip not knowing it was a public bank holiday here in poland so the baths was cramped with people. I believe the baths would have been 100% better if going not on a public holiday.
